Dual occupancy on a heritage listed block

Strine can customise our standard Millennium Design to fit a tight suburban block. We managed to meet strict Heritage and planning law and also achieve a lovely 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom, open plan Family/Kitchen and Dining room and a study with optimum solar orientation. This house is perfect for an inner city dual occupancy. It’s not about quantity of living space but quality living space.

Using our Thermal panels, high levels of insulation around the slab and ceiling for maximum energy efficiency, solar chimney and breezeways for summer cooling, steel pergola to the north for summer shading and winter solar gain, external storage cupboards to the western wall acting as additional insulation and protection from the western sun- this house needs no heating or cooling.
