Our superbly energy efficient passive solar 3 bedroom Millennium Home with a gabled roof showing the owner’s flair for colour and interior finishes. Using Strine’s highly insulated Thermal Panels, full northern glazing, Solar Chimney, northern pergola for deciduous vines allowing full winter sun and summer shading, ceiling fans and breeze ways for cooling. The design maximises the site to achieve optimum orientation and requires minimal heating and no cooling.
