Based on our classic Millennium design, this two bedroom plus two separate studies passive solar home has been customised to fit on a tight urban block

and angled for maximum northern orientation. The skillion roof and pared back exterior give a ‘minimalist’ look. According to the client the build process was ‘easy on time and budget’, they got the house they wanted and ‘it is the perfect size for us. In mid-August we can walk around in T shirts. Every room is accessible to the outside and we get beautiful cross ventilation in summer.’ The home also features a 1Kilowatt Photovoltaic System feeding back to the electricity grid.
